Dr. Ross attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 2002. He continued his post-graduate education at Northeastern State University College of Optometry (NSUCO) where he gained specialized knowledge in advanced clinical methods and ocular laser procedures.
